What is SOX Society by Jace?
The SOX Society by Jace was created to share great socks, but also spread the message that being you is more than good enough, It’s great. We’ll drop a monthly package of 1 or 2 pairs of socks with something else fun every month. Could be stickers, temporary tattoos, or just something Jace likes.

How often do you release the box?
The current plan is an exclusive monthly subscription. You will receive twelve (12) packages throughout the year. Every month we will be shipping you a new Jace Norman curated SOX package different from the last. These are limited-edition kits and we only have a limited amount of subscriptions available. If I purchase the limited-edition SOX Society by Jace, will I be automatically subscribed for subsequent boxes?
Yes, you will automatically be subscribed and charged each month, depending on if you select 1 or 2 pairs of sox. However, you will always have the ability to cancel your account at any time, at least 5 days prior to billing.

Will I ever receive the same product in the box?
No, you will not receive the same sock design more than once.

What are the hours for customer service?
Our customer care team is available from 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM PST Monday through Friday at support@soxsociety.zendesk.com.

Shipping
Shipping is completely free for all subscriptions inside the contiguous US - Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii. There is an additional charge of $7.50 for shipping to Canada, UK, and Mexico and $10.00 to Germany (excludes duties & taxes).


When will I receive my first box?
After you are billed, your SOX Society by Jace will be shipped within 5-7 business days of successful payment. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it will be delivered to you within 5-10 business days for U.S. locations.

*Business days do not include weekends or holidays, including Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your box leaves our warehouse. If you feel that your order has not shipped within the expected timeframe, please contact our Customer Care Team so that we may help investigate the delay.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Do you currently ship to international locations?
We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom (UK), and Mexico. Please keep checking back as we hope to add more international shipping locations in the future.

Billing
When will I be billed?
If you sign up today, you will be immediately billed for your first package. You will be charged on the 10th of the month and will be shipped within 5-7 business days of successful payment. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it will be delivered to you within 5-10 business days for U.S. locations and 7-10 days for Canada, UK, and Mexico. Total of 12 packages per year. 


What method of payments do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Can I change my billing date?
At this time, you cannot change your billing date.

Can I get a refund on the box?
No, refunds are not offered. Gift it to a friend and they will think you are amazing.

If a package has been sent back to us without communicating with our Customer Care Team, we will ship the package back to the address on file.

If you have received a damaged product in your box, or if your box is missing a product, please contact our Customer Care Team within 2 weeks of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced.

If your box is missing, we must be notified via email within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement.

How do I cancel my Subscription?
Log in to your account page at https://www.soxsociety.com/account
Click on “Membership Settings”
On the next page, click the text link “cancel subscription”
Follow the prompts to select and confirm your subscription cancellation
